Cheryl

Cheryl has been grooming dogs since 1978 and has been with Groomingdale’s since 1988. She is the founder and previous owner of Groomingdale’s. In 2003, Cheryl sold the business to get back to doing what she loves...grooming dogs. She has bred and shown Poodles from 1978-1987, English Cockers from 1987-2002 and has shown English Springer Spaniels since 2002. Cheryl shares her home with Ruby, a Springer.

Jackie

Jackie has been grooming since 2006. Prior to 2006, she bathed and trimmed dogs for 3 years. She has two domestic short hair rescue cats; Mystery, all black and Freddy, black and white. Jackie loves grooming pets and says that animals are her best friends! She can not imagine herself having any other profession! Her favorite dog to groom is the Poodle.

Dawn

Dawn has been grooming pets since 2001 and has been with Groomingdale's since July of 2011. She has a Chihuahua named Sophia. Animals have always been a big part of Dawn's life. She loves working with them and especially loves the enjoyment she gets when the owner of the pet comes to pick up their freshly groomed furry friend...and the pet is just as excited to show themselves off!

Lynn

Lynn has been grooming pets since 2006 and has been with Groomingdale’s since 2006. She has two Rottweilers; Daisy and Aiko. Lynn has shown her own dogs in conformation and obedience. She has also shown Kuvasz for a well-known breeder. Lynn also competes in schultzhund, tracking, herding and rally obedience with her own dogs. She is involved with therapy dogwork through Therapy Dogs International. Lynn is passionate about grooming dogs. Although she enjoys grooming all breeds of dogs, her favorites are Standard Poodles and Terriers.

Heather

Heather has been grooming pets since 2004 and has been with Groomingdale’s since 2004. She has an Italian Greyhound; Princeton that she adopted in 2002. Heather graduated from Ruff Cuts Grooming School in 2004. She loves animals and kids. Heather’s family is very important to her.

Vanessa

Vanessa is a bather and has been with Groomingdale’s since 2006. She has a pug, Chase; and two domestic short haired cats, D.C. and Squirt. Vanessa is attending UW River Falls and is majoring in animal science in hopes of attending a veterinary school in 2011. She has interned during the summer months at Farmington Vet Clinic since 2008. Vanessa has fostered cats for Last Hope, Inc. since 2005 and has saved approximately 150 cats!

Casey

Casey is a bather at Groomingdale’s and has been with us since early 2010. She has a 4 year old Doberman/Lab mix; Willee, and a 3 year old cat; Nelvis. Casey also has 4 horses; a Paint, a Quarter Horse, a Shetland and a Quarter Pony. During horse racing season, Casey works part time at Canterbury Park grooming, feeding, washing and bandaging horses. She passed a Groom Elite class for horses and truly loves animals!
